When new values are added directly to QuickBooks Online that need to be imported into your weintegrate account for default and matching settings that will impact documents being integrated from your Shopify store(s), you will need to disconnect and reconnect your QBO connection from the app. These values include terms, payment methods, customers, items and more.
Note that upon reconnecting your QBO account, your QuickBooks Online connection and all of your Shopify stores will be set to the ‘Verified’ status. This occurs due to the settings from QBO being reset and updated. To move all connections back to ‘Connected’ and allow your Shopify documents to start flowing again, simply update the fields that have gone blank on the following setting screens (click any of the links to learn more):
- Sales Defaults - System Settings (needed for QBO to return to ‘Connected’)
- Refund Defaults - System Settings (needed for QBO to return to ‘Connected’)
- Customer Matching - Channel Settings (needed for Shopify to return to ‘Connected’)
- Item Matching - Channel Settings (needed for Shopify to return to ‘Connected’)
