Below is a summary of what’s in this latest spring 2023 release:
- We are still so excited, earlier this year we announced WeIntegrate is now on Shopify marketplace and just had to boast about it again.
- Some folks manage
Itemsand/orCustomersin QuickBooks Online. Some manageItemsand/orCustomersin Shopify. Our automated integration from initial release has always helped you with both. That’s part of the reason during your QuickBooks Online (QBO) connection setup, we automatically synchronize various accounts from QBO to WI and then use them for various automation and integration logic. Those of course includeItemsandCustomers. We also automatically will create a newItemorCustomerin QBO if a match is not found (depending on your settings of course).
For various reasons, sometimes you may need to to manually create anItemorCustomerdirectly in QBO and until now, you had to re-connect your QBO connection to re-sync those to WI. We’re so pleased to announce that we’ve now given you an automated way to have those sync back to WI. - You can now Override Accounting Ship From with Sales Channel Ship From (and Store Location) - General Settings
- You can now Override Accounting Transactions with Sales Channel Taxes - General Settings
- Improve subscription management
