Your Dashboard - Orders Pending Fulfillment

The Orders Pending Fulfillment section of your Dashboard is designed to give you a quick assessment of the Orders that are in your weintegrate account, and that have not yet shipped complete. You will see 2 notifications:

Orders Pending are Late

This notification will tally up the number of orders currently in weintegrate that have not yet been fulfilled, and have exceeded the shipping window you have established within the settings of your weintegrate account.

Orders Pending that are On Time

This notiication will tally up the number of orders currently in weintegrate that have not yet been fulfilled, and still remain within the shipping window you have established within the settings of your weintegrate account.

Note that in this current version of weintegrate, these notifications are not active links. The ability to click them as links to see all the orders represented by each total is planned for an upcoming system release.

Whether orders are considered late or on time is directly controlled by the value you select for the ‘Shipping Date’ field of the Sales Default screen:

As an example, if you specify ‘Order Date + 2 Days’, all orders that remain open and are within 2 days of the order date are considered to be on time. In this example, all orders that remain open and exceed 2 days of the order date are considered to be late.
