This system wide Refunds Default setting in weintegrate offers an option to set the Transaction Date of your Shopify refund when it loads into QBO.
weintegrate presets this value to ‘Refund Date’, and you can select from the following options:
‘Refund Date’ - this will set the date of the Refund Receipt in QBO to the refund date from Shopify
‘Order Date’ - this will set the date of the Refund Receipt in QBO to the date of the original order from Shopify
The Refunds Default screen is available in both the Configuration Setup Wizard and the Connection management section of the app.
