This system wide Refunds Default setting in weintegrate controls what information from your Shopify refund appears in the ‘Reference no.’ field on your refund receipt within QBO.
You can choose between defaulting either your ‘Refund ID #’ from your Shopify Store, ‘Transaction ID’ that Shopify sets on behalf of an order, or set to ‘Leave Blank’ which will assign no value to the field.
The Refunds Default screen is available in both the Configuration Setup Wizard and the Connection management section of the app.
