This system wide Refunds Default setting in weintegrate controls how to reference your product description in the ‘Description’ field on your Refund Receipt in QBO.
You can populate the QBO Product Description by selecting one of the following options:
- Online Product Description - the product description from your Shopify sale
- Online Product Name - the product name from your Shopify sale
- QuickBooks Product Description - the product description from your QBO product file
The Sales Default screen is available in both the Configuration Setup Wizard and the Connection management section of the app.
